Everyday Moments..

This year's handmade, foraged & upcycled festive mantlepiece..
Pretty florals fresh off the line and still warm from the summer sun..
A little handmade 'Flowersaurus' awaiting the finishing touches before going under the tree..
And a very special Christmas stocking in the making.. Hand printed with violas from the garden..
The cutest little hand-me-down, (now strawberry strained) t-shirt.. and a peg in each hand.
Our lone zucchini who defied the odds (and the slater bugs) to grow big and happy..

Much Love

  1. I love your mantlepiece, it's looking lovely. And the decorated twigs are a great idea too. The t-shirt is excellent, so is the stocking, what a novel way to decorate it. I hope you enjoy the rest of the week Sophie. CJ xx

  8. Wow I love the flowersaurus!!! And as for your Christmas stocking - that is gorgeous. I'd love to know how you've done it. My sister in law only said the other day that her 4 year old daughter is obsessed with gerbras and roses - I wish I had some more time before Christmas to make her a Gerbrasaurus!!! And the t shirt is perfect - used as the designer intended!!! Thanks for sharing Sophie

  9. Hi Sophie
I've been reading your blog for a long time and wanted to take this chance to say a big thank you for blogging as it's really been helpful to visit in with someone like minded! It's hard sometimes doing things a but differently but then when I read your posts, I see the joy and beauty in being removed from all the pressures of the western world and embracing simple living. Thank you so much. Lots of love to you.
